I look back at the amount of emails, phone calls and numerous meetings that took place to line this up, including arranging a sample wedding breakfast tasting at short notice and the constant swapping of hotel rooms to accommodate the ever changing guest list, in this hectic run up Ruth was a true pleasure to work with, her attitude and professionalism really stood out as we had the same level of service, if not better than before COVID even though it was clear that every other couple who had planned as we had was all asking the same questions, and no doubt wanting the next available booking.
